充血性心力衰竭病人治疗前后血、尿β_2微球蛋白的变化

摘　　要：目的 :观察充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)前后血、尿β2 -微球蛋白 (MG)水平的变化。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法检测对照组 30例 ,CHF组 6 0例心衰前 ,后血、尿 β2 - MG水平。结果 :心衰缓解后血β2 - MG水平明显下降 (P<0 .0 1)。尿 β2 - MG水平明显增高 (P<0 .0 0 5)。治疗前血 β2 - MG与心搏量 ,左室射血分数呈负相关。结论 :检测血、尿 β2 -Objective:To study the dynamic change of blood and urine β_2 microglobulin in patients with CHF.Methods:The β_2 microglobulin content in blood and urine was measured and monitored by radio immunity in 60 patients with CHF and 30 control.Results:The blood β_2 MG level in patients was significantly dropped after CHF remittance(P<0 01) and urine β_2 MG was higher (P<0 05).The blood β_2 MG level before treatment was negatively correlated to the stroke volume and ejection fraction.Conclusion:Measuring blood and urine β_2 MG is of important significance for evaluating heart function.
