肛瘘及肛周脓肿的临床和免疫学研究

摘　　要：对87例成人肛痿患者进行了免疫学检测。在手术治疗的基础上佐以免疫疗法,分5组作对比观察。结果表明;在血清、唾液和直肠分泌物中IgA含量,以口服中药组和局部涂药组患者较术前有较大幅度的升高,其临床疗效显著,若将二者综合应用则效果更佳。87 patients with PAFA were examined immunologically. After operation the pa-tients were divided into 5 groups for immunological treatment,using traditional Chinese medi-cines. The results were as follows:①The level of IgA concentration in the patients with PAFA was lower than normal. ② On the 15 th day after operation, the IgA level in the patients of all groups was higher than that before operation.This was most evident in group E.The clinical therapeutic effect was also good in all groups with no recurrence. These results indicated that the improvement of the immunological functions of the rectum should not be neglected in the treatment of PAFA.
