摘  要:铁是生命活动中重要的元素,本文研究了日节律中光照、黑暗和年节律中秋、冬和春小鼠铁元素急性毒性的变化,结果提示光照和黑暗条件下铁元素的LD无显著变化,季节对铁的LD影响显著,以春季LD最大,秋季次之,冬季最小。季节变换对铁元素的LD有不同程度的影响,但季节不同机体对铁时辰感受的机制可能存在差异。Trace metals, especially iron, are important components of organism. In this paper. Lethal Dose (LD) of iron was studied under the condition, lighting and darkness which mimic the daily rhythm and in October, January and April representative spring, autumn and winter three different seasons respectively, the results indicated that LD of iron were slightly increased in rhe mice under lighting without statistical meaning, but it is different in various season, with highest LD of iron in the Spring and Lowest LD in winter, The LD of or iron is significant different compared Winter with other two seasons. The Chronergy of iron on LD is similar in mice based on this study.
