摘　　要：该文论述了污染集中控制的定义,并将环境质量算做工业生产中的一种自然资源,将环境质量纳入产品的成本,这是在环境保护中引入市场经济的核心部份.并用实例进行了分析说明.The thesis discussed a definition of the pollution concentration control. In this thesis environment quality is regarded as a natural resource of industrial product,and envi- ronment quality is brought into the benefit of product.This viewpoint is the nucleus that is about bring- ing market economic into the euvironment pollution.This thesis used some examples to explain the viewpoint.
