摘  要:合成了2-、3-、4-3种硝基苯偶氮-8-氨基喹啉(o-NPAQ,m-NPAQ,p-NPAQ)新试剂。探讨了其与金属离子的显色反应和荧光反应。在 Tween-40存在下,pH10.5的硼砂缓冲溶液中,p-NPAQ 与钴(Ⅱ)形成1:2的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于650nm,摩尔吸光系数为7.1×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。钴量在0~20μg/25mL 范围内符合比尔定律。测定了实际样品中的微量钴,结果满意。Three nitrophenylazo-8-aminoquinoline (NPAQ) reagents were synthesized.They are o-NPAQ,m-NPAQ and p-NPAQ.Their colour and fluorescence reactions with metal ions were investigated.A method for the spec- trophotometric determination of cobalt(Ⅱ) with p-NPAQ has been developed.In the presence of Tween-40,p-NPAQ reacts with cobalt(Ⅱ) in the medium of pH 10.5 to form an 1:2 violet- red complex,exhibiting maximum absorbance at 650nm,its molar absorptivity was found to be 7.1×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~20μg/25mL of cobalt. The method has been applied to the determination of micro amounts of cobalt in real samples.
