摘  要:采用国产微晶纤维素膜和滤纸作基质,以乙酸亚铊作重原子微扰剂建立了测定痕量芴和苯并[a]蒽的固体基质室温磷光法。实验表明,MN-C 和 MN-P 两种型号的微晶纤维素膜是比较适宜的基质材料。铊盐和铅盐是很有效的重原子微扰剂,尤以乙酸亚铊最佳。苯并[a]蒽所需要的重原子浓度明显比芴的大,这可能与其较低的三线态能量有关。方法的相对标准偏差小于5%。检出限达 ng/斑点。The room temperature phosphorimetry fortrace fluorene and benzo[a] anthracene was estab-lished with China-made microcrystallinecellulose membrane as substrate and withthallous acetate as heavy atom perturbation.Experiments indicate that MN-C and MN-Ptype membranes are suitable as substrate.Thallous and lead salts are very effective asheavy atom perturbation,especially thallousacetate.The heavy atom concentration requiredfor benzo[a] anthracene is clearly higher than thatrequired for fluorene.Maybe this has some rela-tionship to lower triplet energy of benzo[a] anthracene.Under the conditions given in the presentpaper the relative standard deviation is lessthan 5%.The limits of detection reach ng/spot.
