摘　　要：无油管采油是近几年来发展的一种新兴采油工艺。针对空心杆采油的不足 ,设计了新型实心抽油杆套管采油工艺 ,这种采油工艺主要由悬挂封隔系统、卡定密封系统、限位系统、扶正减振系统、打捞系统、三防配套系统 (防砂、防气、防蜡 )及杆柱优化系统等组成。介绍了各系统的结构及工作原理。通过现场 8口井的应用 ,表明该工艺达到了设计要求 ,节省了大量油管 ,同时与普通机械采油相同 ,均为上冲程出油 ,且增油效果明显 。Tubingless production is a new oil production technology developed in recent years. In the light of the disadvantages of the production with hollow sucker rod, a production technology in cased wells with solid sucker rod is designed. The new production system is mainly comprised of hanging and packoff system, sealing system, stop device, centralizing and damping system, fishing device, sand- and gas- and paraffin-proof device and rod string optimizing system. The structures and operating principle of the above-mentioned systems and devices are introduced. Field use shows that the new production technology can bring about remarkable economic benefit
