摘　　要：介绍了利用PLC控制盐水注射机的工作原理及设计思路,对控制系统的硬件构成及PLC、触摸屏的软件设计作了较详细的阐述。通过触摸屏可对生产过程的工艺参数进行修改和对设备的运行状态进行监控。This article has introduced how to use PLC to control the working principle and desige thinking of brine injector and discuned in detail hardware constitution of control system and PLC and software design of touching screen.Bytouching screen it can devise the technological parameter of production process and monitor the working conditions of equipment.
