摘　　要：1套常减压装置和2台加热炉,由于炉管外表面结垢而影响正常生产。开工状态下,应用CH清灰剂 清除灰垢,取得了较好的效果,避免了装置非计划停工的发生。结果表明:CH清灰剂能基本清除炉管外表面灰垢,使 炉膛温度下降近80℃.加工量也由5 700 t／d提高到7 500 t／d,热效率提高。One set of normal pressure and pressure reduction unit, and two sets of process furnaces cannot run properly due to the scaling on the outside surface of furnace tube. The good effect is achieved at the running status by applying CH scavenger, the unexpected shutdown is avoided. The results show that CH scavenger can cleanout the ash on the outside surface of furnace tube, the temperature of hearth reduces to 80℃, process yield is improved from 5 700 t/d to 7 500 t/d, and thermal effect is increased as well.
