摘　　要：以缩聚装置集散控制系统为主线,经过改造和完善,逐步使一个没有网络功能的小系统,发展成为一个具有远程监控功能的大系统,最终实现了全厂的生产调度实时集中监控。同时对工作中遇到的重点问题和解决的办法进行了详细说明。By using the distributed control system (DCS) as the main clues, the web functions are reformed and perfected. Small systems without web function is improved to become a large system with long-distance supervise and control function. Finally the production management of the whole plant is realized centralized supervise and control on line. The paper gives the detailed explanation of the key problems and the resolution ran across in the works.
