摘 要:目的 探讨初次献血对红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性的影响。方法 应用比色法分别检测 5 0例符合献血条件的健康初次献血者献血前后的红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性 ,并对结果进行分析。结果 初次献血者献血前后红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性分别为 3 .1 2 1±0 .441和 2 .90 7± 0 .3 97μmol.Pi/ 1 0 7RBC .h,两者比较无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 初次献血对红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性无影响 。Objective To discuss the significance of Na +-K +-ATPase activity changes in the erythrocytic membrane from those who donated blood for the first time. Methods Chromatometry was applied to detecting Na +-K +-ATPase activity in the erythrocytic membrane before and after blood donation in 50 cases of healthy donors for the first time, correlation analysis was processed based on the result. Results There was no significant difference about Na +-K +-ATPase activity in the erythrocyte membrane before and after first blood donation. The Na +-K +-ATPase erythrocyte membrane data was 3.121±0.441 and 2.907±0.397 μmol.Pi/10 7RBC.h,(P>0.05). Conclusion An influence on Na +-K +-ATPase activity in the erythrocytic membrane is not observed in those who donated blood for the first time, so blood donation cannot cause erythrocytic function damage.
