摘　　要：目的　了解入校大学生唾液免疫球蛋白A浓度的变化情况 ,为大学生的心理卫生工作提供参考。方法　抽取大连大学新入校健康医学本科生志愿者 ,男生 1 0名 ,女生 1 3名 ,分别于入学后第 1 ,3 ,7,1 3周 ,采取基础状态下唾液 ,用放射免疫分析法测查免疫球蛋白A的浓度。结果　男、女生之间唾液免疫球蛋白A浓度经t检验 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。男生唾液免疫球蛋白A浓度第 1周与第 3周差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　新入校大学生不同性别。Objective To study the change of concentration of immunoglobulin A in saliva of college students, and to provide reference for their mental health.Method Twenty-three healthy volunteers(10 males and 13 females) were chosen from Dalian University. Saliva was obtained under basal metabolism condition in 1, 3, 7, 13 week after enrollment. The concentration of secretive type IgA was measured by radioimmunoassay. Result There were significant differences in the concentration of IgA between male and female, and the concentration of IgA among male also showed significant differences in the first and the third week.Conclusion Significantly changes in concentration of IgA in saliva of college freshmen are found during different periods after enrollment.
