摘 要:以环己烷为连续相,Span 20为分散剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,通过反相悬浮聚合法制备了高分子量、速溶型阴离子淀粉接枝絮凝剂。考察了引发剂、分散剂、单体用量及反应时间、温度等因素对单体转化率和淀粉接枝率的影响。当复合引发剂K2S2O8浓度为1.2×10-2mol/L、乙二胺四乙酸钠(EDTA)浓度为1.2×10-2mol/L、分散剂Span 20用量3%(体积分数),反应体系温度为60℃、反应时间为3h,淀粉接枝率和单体转化率分别可达146%和90%,产品共聚物特性粘数为1100mL/g,溶解速度小于4min。应用实验表明该絮凝剂对大连金舟纺织集团印染废水的处理效果较理想。A quick-solving anionic starch grafting flocculant was synthesized by inverse suspension copolymerization with cyclohexane as continuous phase, Span-20 as dispersing agent, potassium persulfate as initiator. The factors affecting the monomer conversions and starch grafting ratio, such as initiator, dispersing agent, amounts of monormers, reaction time and reaction temperature were investigated. At the following condition: concentration of potassium persulfate, (1.2×10^(-2)mol/L); concentration of EDTA,(1.2×10^(-2)mol/L); amount of Span-20, 3%; reaction temperature, 60℃; reaction time, 3h; the starch grafting ratio reached 146% and monomer conversion reached 90%, with specific viscidity of 1 100mL/g and dissolution rate less than 4 minutes.Experiment revealed that this flocculent could be utilized effectively in treating dyeing wastewater from golden-boat textile bloc.
