摘　　要：熊胆为名贵中药,有健胃、镇痉、镇痛等作用,其特有成分是熊去氧胆酸(UDCA),此外尚含鹅去氧胆酸(CDCA),去氧胆酸(DCA)及胆酸(CA)等胆汁酸,UDCA与CDCA为立体异构体。有关商品熊胆胆汁酸成分的定性鉴别及薄层扫描法测定熊胆中熊去氧胆酸含量已有报导。TLC—UV spectrophotometry for determination of the chief constituents of Bear—Bile is founded. The contents of the chief constituents ursodeoxycholic Acid and Chenodeoxycholic Acid are determined. These constituents-are determined also by TLCS method. There is no significant difference between the two results determined by TLC—UV spectrophotometry and TLCS according to t—Test.
