脊柱滑脱撑开复位固定装置加椎体间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症

摘　　要：目的 :介绍脊柱滑脱撑开复位固定装置 (DRFS)加椎体间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱的方法与效果。方法 :19例腰椎滑脱行常规椎管探查后 ,利用DRFS进行复位固定 ,然后取自体髂骨作两侧椎体间植骨。结果 :19例随访 18～ 4 2个月 ,平均 2 4个月。X线检查显示植骨无吸收 ,全部获得融合。无并发症发生。结论 :DRFS结构简单、操作方便、固定可靠 ,DRFS加椎体间植骨术是一种治疗腰椎滑脱的有效方法。Objective:To introduce the method and result of DRFS(distraction reduction fixation spinal system for spondylolisthesis)and intervertebral body fusion with bony grafts in the treatment of spondylolisthesis.Methods:Nineteen cases of spondylolisthesis were operated.After exploration of the spinal canal,the slipping vertebra was reduced and fixed with DRFS.Then two iliac grafts were embeded to both lateral sides of the intervertebral body.Results:The average follow-up was 24 months(range,18 to 42 months).No complication occurred on all cases.The X-ray examination showed that the bony grafts were not absorbed and the intervertebral body fusion formed.Conclusion:DRFS shows the advantages of simple structure,easy operation and stable fixation.Combined with intervertebral body fusion it is an effective treatment for spondylolisthesis.
