摘 要:本文报导了在pH为1的酸性介质中,于沸水煮沸条件下,利用磷钼酸铵被异烟肼定量还原为钼兰的水相显色,从而用分光光度法来测定异烟肼含量的方法.该兰色显色液的最大吸收波长位于720nm处,异烟肼含量在0~24μg·ml^(-1)范围内符合比耳定律,其摩尔吸光系数为6.2×10~3 l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).本法曾用于异烟肼针剂及片剂中异烟肼含量的测定,其结果与药典法所测得结果基本一致.方法具有试剂易得、简便、准确等优点.A new spectrophotometic method ror the determination of isoniazide was developed. It depends om the reduction of ammonium molybdophosphate to molybdenum blue by isoniazide.In pH =1 acid solution and under heating in boiling water bath, ammonium molybdophosphate is quantitatively reduced by isoniazide to molybdenum blue. The maxinum absorption of the blue complex is at 720 nm and the blue colour is stable for 1 hour. Beers law is obeyed for isoniazide in the concentration range of 0~24μg·ml^(-1)and the molar absorptivty of the complex is 6.2×10~3l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The recommended method is simple,sensitive and accurate and has been applied to the determination of isoniazide content in isoniazide tablets and ampoules. The results of analysis is satisfactory.
