摘　　要：介绍了近年来洛阳分公司单塔含硫污水汽提装置的扩能改造情况。在汽提塔塔体不变的情况下,通过采用高效立体喷射塔板(CTST)和相关改造使其处理量由最初设计的12 t／h提高到50 t／h;采用GSBI高速泵、JX-4A脱硫剂等技术措施,消除了影响装置平稳运行的因素。改造后净化水中NH3-N质量浓度小于200 mg／L,液氨质量提高,实现了装置长周期运行。The revamping for capacity expansion of the sour water stripper with single column in Luoyang Petrochemical Corporation was introduced. The throughput was raised from originaldesigned 12t/h to 50t/h by applying new type CTST tray and relative modification. The technical measures such as using GSBI high-speed pump and JX-4A desulfurizer were taken for eliminating the factors, which affected the stable running of the stripper. The amino nitrogen content in the purified water was less than 200mg/L and the quality of the liquid ammonia was improved after revamping, thus, the long term running was realized.
