摘　　要：目的　探讨美宝加地塞米松预防盖诺所致静脉炎的疗效。方法　对 92例使用盖诺的患者随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组在静脉输注盖诺前、后仅输入地塞米松 ;实验组在对照组的基础上 ,在输注盖诺前、后沿静脉走行的皮肤涂抹美宝湿润烧伤膏 ,观察两组病人局部组织反应及静脉炎的发生率。结果　实验组局部组织反应及静脉炎的发生率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　美宝湿润烧伤膏联合地塞米松可明显降低盖诺所致静脉炎的发生率 ,且反应时间明显延后 ,程度明显减轻 。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Meibao combined with dexamethasone for the prevention of phlebitis due to vinorelbine. Methods A total of 92 patients administered with vinorelbine were divided randomly into test group and control group. Patients in the control group were intravenously administered with dexamethasone before and after intravenous administration of vinorelbine. Patients in the test group, however, received additional application of Meibao on the skin along the veins. The incidences of local tissue reaction and phlebitis in both groups were observed. Results The incidence of local tissue reaction and phlebitis in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Combination of Meibao and dexamethasone, which can significantly decrease the incidence of phlebitis due to vinorelbine, delay the reaction time, and attenuate the severity, can be applied widely in basic hospitals.
