摘　　要：目的 :考察药材市场的生、制首乌的药材质量。方法 :采用ZorbaxSB C18柱 ,用乙腈 水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,在32 0nm处检测二苯乙烯甙的含量。结果 :二苯乙烯甙平均含量生首乌为 1 4 0 16 % ,制首乌为 2 336 8%。结论 :清平药材市场的生。Objective: To investigate the quality of raw and made radix polygoni multiflori in Qingping Traditional Chinese Herbal Market. Methods: 12 batches of radix polygoni multiflori including 6 raw and 6 made ones were collected from this market. The contents of 2,3,5,4' - tetrahydroxystilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glucoside in these drugs were determined at 320 nm wave length by HPLC with Zorbax SB - C18 pillar and acetonitrile:aqua(25:75) as flow phase. Results: The average contents of 2,3,5,4' - tetrahydroxystilbene - 2 - O - β - D - glucoside was 1.4016% in raw radix polygoni multiflori and 2.3368% in made radix polygoni multiflori. Conclusion: In general, the quality of raw and made radix polygoni multiflori is eligible in Qingping Traditional Chinese Herbal Market.
