摘　　要：目的 :观察腹丛刺为主治疗慢性附件炎并发不孕症的临床疗效。方法 :将慢性附件炎并发不孕症患者 6 3例随机分为治疗组 (腹丛刺组 ) 4 1例、对照组 2 2例 ,治疗 10天为一疗程 ,共治疗 3疗程并休息 1个月后 ,观察是否妊娠 ,随访 1年 ,进行疗效对比。结果 :治疗组痊愈率为 84 6 % ,对照组痊愈率为 5 9 1% ,两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论Objective To observe therapeutic effect of abdominal cluster needling on chronic annexitis with infertility. Methods Sixty three cases of chronic annexitis with infertility were randomly divided into abdominal cluster needling group ( n =41) and control group ( n =22), they were treated for 3 course, 10 sessions constituting one therapeutic course with a rest of one month. One year later, the therapeutic effects for pregnancy were compared. Results The cured rate was 84 6% in the abdominal cluster needling group and 59 1% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0 01). Conclusion Abdominal cluster needling has a better therapeutic effect on chronic annexitis with infertility.
