长圆针治疗继发性腰椎间盘脱出综合征1396例止痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨治疗继发性腰椎间盘脱出综合征疼痛的新疗法。方法 :将 1396例继发性腰椎间盘脱出综合征患者用经筋辨证方法 ,循足三阴、三阳经筋查取结筋病灶点 ,采用长圆针以解结法治疗。结果 :治愈 (完全止痛 ) 114 5例 ,占 81 7% ;好转 2 2 7例 ,占 16 2 % ;无效 2 9例 ,占 2 1%。有效率97 9%。结论 :长圆针治疗继发性腰椎间盘脱出综合征具有良好的止痛效应。Objective To probe into a new therapy for pain of secondary prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk. Methods One thousand three hundred and ninety six cases were treated by removing the node with a long round needle, using tendon and muscle symptom differentiation, and searching for focus points of the tendons and muscle node along the foot three yin and three yang tendon and muscle channels. Results Of the 1396 cases, 1145 cases were cured (pain was completely relieved), accounting for 81 7%, 227 cases were effective, accounting for 16 2%, and 29 cases were ineffective, accounting for 2 1%, with a total effective rate of 97 9%. Conclusion The long round needle therapy has a good analgesic effect on secondary prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
