大椎穴针刺安全深度的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨大椎穴针刺安全深度。方法 :将 4 0例颈椎间盘突出症患者 ,采用大椎穴处硬脊膜外穿刺 ,测量硬膜外深度 ,即大椎穴安全深度。结果 :穿刺针依次经过皮肤、筋膜、棘上韧带、棘间韧带、黄韧带至硬膜外腔 ,深度约 36～ 75mm ,平均深度为 5 4 6mm。结论 :建议大椎穴针刺深度应控制在 36mm以内。Objective To probe into the safe depth of needling Dazhui (GV 14). Methods Epidural puncture at Dazhui (GV 14) was made in 40 cases of protrusion of cervical intervertebral disc and epidural depth was measured, which was safe depth for needling Dazhui (GV 14). Results The needle punctured passes through the skin, fasciae, supraspinal ligament, interspinal ligament, yellow ligament, and epidural ranging between 36 ～75 mm in the depth with a mean of 54 6 mm. Conclusion The safe depth of needling Dazhui (GV 14) should be within 36 mm.
