摘  要:以烯丙醇为起始剂,KOH为催化剂,由环氧乙、丙烷合成了端烯丙基混嵌段聚氧乙、丙烯醚,再加入甲醇钠-甲醇溶液、CH_3Cl进行封端反应得到题述产物。最佳反应条件是:在聚氧乙、丙类醚醇合成中,KOH用量为0.3%,反应温度为95~100℃;在封端反应中,聚醚醇羟基与CH_3Cl摩尔比为1:2,反应温度为110~115℃,反应时间8 h,封端率达到90%。End-allyl group block heteric polyoxyalkylene monomethyl ether was synthesized by 2 steps, i.e. lstly to synthesize the end-allyl group poly(oxyalkylene-oxypropylene)mono-ol from EO and PO with allylalcohol as initiator and KOH as catalyst, and 2ndly the end-hydroxyl group was changed into methoxy group by reaction with sodium methoxide-methanol and methane chloride. The optimal synthetic conditions were found as follows, in the 1st step, KOH dosage 0.3%, reaction temperature 95 - 100℃; in the 2nd step, molar ratio of hydroxyl to methyl chloride 1: 2, reaction temperature 110-115℃, reaction time 8 h, and the methoxyl-capping rate could be over 90%.
