联合应用硝酸甘油和多巴胺治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察联合应用硝酸甘油和多巴胺治疗充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法 :选择心力衰竭患者40例 ,在常规应用强心 ,利尿 ,扩血管药物治疗基础上联合应用硝酸甘油和多巴胺以自身对照比较治疗前后患者临床指标变化 ,评估其临床有效性和安全性。结果 :联合应用硝酸甘油和多巴胺以后心力衰竭患者心功能明显改善 ,2周后有效率90 %。结论 :在常规抗心衰药物治疗基础上联合应用硝酸甘油和多巴胺可明显改善患者心脏功能。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of associated application of nitroglycerin and dopamine for treating congestive heart failure.Methods:40patients with heart failure selected fromour medical department were given nitroglycerin combined with dopamine on the basis of routine treatment such as cardiotonic diuretic treatment and dilatation vascular therapy.The changes of clinical indices before and after treatment were compared autogenously and the effectiveness and safety of associated application of nitroglycerin and dopamine were evaluatˉed.Results:The cardiac function in patients with heart failure treated with nitroglycerin combined with dopamine was improved obviously,the efˉfective rate was90%at two weeks after treatment.Conclusion:Associated application of nitroglycerin and dopamine on the basis of routine anti-cardiac failure therapy can obviously improve the cardiac function of patients.
