摘　　要：介绍了新的静止图像压缩标准JPEG2000的压缩原理,设计了图像压缩系统的基本实现框架。该系统不仅可以实现将原始图像用本文压缩算法进行压缩,还可以用来实现不同格式文件之间的相互转化。This paper introduces the compression principle of a new compression standard JPEG2000 for still images, and designs a basic realizing framework of the image compression system. It can realize easily not only the original images compression with the compression algorithm, but also their transformation among different file formats.
