摘　　要：本文使用改进后的小波变换零树编码压缩算法压缩卫星云图资料,在压缩比为30:1以上、 PSNR大于33的条件下,将发送云图的延迟时间从约16分钟缩短到约40秒钟。This paper presents an improved zero-tree coding compression algorithm based on wavelet transformation. Compared with the old method, the delay time for transmitting meteorological cloud imagery is reduced from about 16 minutes to 40 seconds after adopting the improved algorithm. Also, the PSNR is over 33 and the compression ratio is over 30:1.
