摘　　要：论述普通高校有效地开展各类继续教育 ,是建立终身教育体系的重要途径。指出 ,作为高层次人才的摇篮 ,普通高校理所当然应成为继续教育乃至终身教育体系的主体 ,并发挥主力军作用。然而 ,由于种种原因 ,普通高校继续教育尚不能适应形势发展的要求 ,还存在不少问题和薄弱环节 。Developing all kinds of education in universities is an important way to establish life-long education system. As high-level talents' cradle, the university ought to be the subject of continuing education and even lifetime education system. However, for various reasons, the continuing education in universities is still undeveloped and exist problems. This paper awoke us that we shoulder heavy responsibilities in continuing education in universities.
