办好高校英文版学报的思考

摘　　要：论述了英文版学报作为一所研究型大学的窗口在提高该校国际国内知名度的重要性,分析了办好英文版学报与提高师生员工素质尤其是提高他们的英语应用能力的关系.提出学校管理层应该制定相关政策和采取一定激励措施,鼓励教师和学生积极向英文版学报投稿以达到良性互动的效果,使英文版学报尽快成为国内外的知名刊物.Expounded in the article is the importance of the English edition of the university journal as an image of the university. It is suggested that the decision-making circle of the university should take measures to encourage the faculty and students to submit more papers to the English edition in the hope of upgrading its quality and turning it into a prestigious journal.
