摘　　要：采用国际标准是我国的一项基本国策,它是我国积极参与国际经济一体化进程的一个重要技术步骤。其中的一个重要内容就是将现有的国际标准在正确分析的前提下,积极创造条件,尽快将其转化为我国的国家标准。国际上经过10多年的实验研究与总结,于2003年3月由国际标准化组织正式公布了最新的国际标准ISO51672003(E)。为此,文章专门介绍了ISO51672003(E)的主要变化,我国同行应采取的应对办法,目前依然存在的测量难题及其解决办法等。Application of international standards is a basic policy of China, and an important measure to actively take part in the process of international economy integration. With the experiment-research and summary in more than 10 years, ISO published the latest international standards - ISO 5167:2003(E) in March of 2003. The article introduces the main changes of the revised ISO 5167: 2003 (E) and the countermeasures Chinese colleagues should take. Also, the problems still existing in flow measurement and the solving methods are described.
