辽河油田欢三联稠油污水软化技术试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了辽河油田欢三联稠油污水深度处理工程建设前的室内试验和现场试验情况。室内试验证明,对于该区块的稠油污水,用大孔弱酸树脂处理后都能达到软化水的指标要求。利用筛选出的适合该区块稠油深度处理的离子交换树脂进行 40　d 的现场试验结果表明,污水经软化后其硬度小于 0.1　mg/L(以含 CaCO3计),能满足稠油热采湿蒸汽发生器的进水水质要求。The results in-house and site test of heavy oil sewage processing before pre-construction of Huan-3 combined station in Liaohe Oilfield are introduced. The result in-house test proved that the sewage in heavy oil produced from Huan-3 Block treated by using big-hole weak-acidity resin can reach the target and requirements of softened water. The site test on sewage disposal of heavy oil by using selected ion exchange resin suitable for heavy oil processing in this area was carried out for 40 days. The result shows that the concentration of calcium carbon in the softened water is less than 0.1mg per liter,which can meet the quality requirements of intake water for vapor generator of heavy oil thermal recovery.
