摘  要:1999年我国开始研制碳纤维复合材料连续抽油杆 (简称碳纤维抽油杆 ) ,现有四个制造厂研制成功碳纤维抽油杆、配套设备和碳纤维抽油杆—钢抽油杆混合抽油杆柱设计软件 ,研制成功的碳纤维抽油杆具有较高的抗疲劳强度 ,最高许用工作温度达 1 5 0℃ ,产品质量符合SY/T6 5 85 - 2 0 0 3《碳纤维复合材料连续抽油杆》的要求。目前我国正常使用碳纤维抽油杆的抽油井有 4 6口 ,矿场应用结果表明 ,节电和增产效果明显。碳纤维抽油杆具有密度小、抗疲劳性能好、耐腐蚀和连续长度长的优点 ,尤适用于深井、超深井、抽油机超载井和腐蚀井的原油开采 ,是一种有发展前途的特种抽油杆。Since 1999, the research of carbon fiber reinforced plastic continuous sucker rod(CFRPC sucker rod) has been started in China. So far, four plants have successfully developed the CFRPC sucker rod, necessary equipments and the design software used for CFRPC sucker rod &steel sucker rod compound sucker string. The CERPC sucker rod has higher fatigue resistance and its work temperature limit is 150oC. The product quality of the CFRPC sucker rod meets the requirements of SY/T6585-2003《CFRPC Sucker Rod》.So far, the CFRPC sucker rod has been used in 46 wells in China and result shows that the oil production in increase and the electric power consumption is saved. The advantages of CFRPC sucker rod are lower density, higher fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and longer continuous length. It is suitable for the applications in deep wells, extra deep wells, pumping unit overload wells and corrosion wells.
