摘　　要：目的 :确定CT薄层扫描显示冠状动脉钙化的意义。材料与方法 :对 5 1例患者的心脏分别进行了CT常规扫描与薄层扫描的对照研究。结果 :CT薄层扫描对于显示冠状动脉钙化的面积及CT峰值均优于常规CT扫描 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :CT薄层扫描是一种显示冠状动脉钙化的有效手段。Purpose:To determine the value of thin scan CT on showing coronary artery calcification.Materials and Methods:Both standard CT and thin scan CT were performed to show coronary artery calcification in 51 cases of patients.A comparison was made between standard CT and thin scan CT.Results:Thin scan CT was superior to standard CT in showing coronary artery calcification (P<0 01).Conclusion:Thin scan CT was a useful method of showing coronary artery calcification.
