CT引导下骨介入性诊断38例临床影像学对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨CT引导下骨介入性诊断骨病、骨肿瘤的临床价值。材料与方法 :2 0 0 2年 1月～ 2 0 0 4年 6月对 38例骨病、骨肿瘤患者进行CT引导下骨介入性穿刺活检术。手术前后临床、影像学、病理结果对比。手术确诊后又进行治疗随访 ,回顾分析。结果 :取活检成功率 10 0 % ,病理检查确诊率 92 2 %。检出①原发性骨肿瘤 16例 ;②骨转移瘤 7例 ;③瘤样骨病 6例 ;④感染性骨病 3例 ;⑤疲劳性骨折 3例 ;⑥横纹肌组织 3例。结论 :CT引导下骨介入性诊断骨病、骨肿瘤属微创检查 ,安全、有效 ,是骨病、骨肿瘤手术前的首选检查。Purpose:To study clinical diagnosis valence of bone biopsy of osteopathy and bone tumor under CT-guidance.Materials and Methods:38 patients with osteopathy and bone tumor were used with computed tomography(CT)-guidance needle biopsy on bone.There were contrast result of clinic,imaging and pathology in pre-post-operation;After confirmed diagnosis at operation,and follow-up survey and retrospective analysis.Results:There were 100% in biopsy success rate;and 92 2% in positive rate of pathological examination,diseases contanted:①16 cases of primary bone tumors;②7 cases of matastatic tumors;③6 cases of neoplastic osteopathy;④3 cases of infective osteopathy;⑤3 cases of stress fracture;⑥3 cases of tissue of striated musele.Conclusion:Biopsy is microtrauma,bleeding slight,lower coin,safe simplified.it is the first examanation in pre-operation of osteopathy and bone tumor.
