摘　　要：目的:探讨直线偏光近红外线治疗对带状疱疹的疗效及预防疱疹后神经痛的效果。方法:随机将带状疱疹68例分为两组,治疗组34例采用直线偏光近红外线+阿昔洛韦治疗,对照组34例单用阿昔洛韦治疗。比较两组停发新疱、水疱干涸结痂、皮损痊愈与疼痛缓解时间,及两组疱疹后神经痛的发生率。结果:治疗组停发新疱、水疱干涸结痂、皮损痊愈及疼痛缓解时间显著短于对照组;而疗效显著优于对照组;两组疱疹后神经痛发生率未见显著差异。结论:直线偏光近红外线联合抗病毒药物治疗带状疱疹疗效显著熏但未观察到疱疹后预防神经痛有作用。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Super Lizer on herpes zoster, and its preventive role in postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-four patients in therapy group were treated with Super Lizer and acyclovir, while thirty-four patients in control group were treated only with Super Lizer. The therapeutic course was 10 days. Lesion healing, pain relief and incidence of postherpetic neuralgia were compared between the two groups. Results: The time of therapy group on blister ceasing, dry up, skin lesion healing and pain relief was significantly shorter than that of control group, but no difference was found in postherpetic neuralgia incidence between the two groups. Conclusion: Super Liser, combined with antiviral therapy, produces satisfactory effects on herpes zoster, but its preventive role in postherpetic neuralgia incident is not observed.
