摘  要:探索了试验过程中SiO2 -3 离子团的加入对脉冲自动倒极电解法合成聚合氯化硅酸铝中Alb 含量的影响。通过试验确定了最佳摩尔比。在脉冲倒极周期和电解槽电流一定的情况下 ,当总铝AlT 与SiO2 -3 的摩尔比为 10∶1~ 2 0∶1时 ;在此合成条件下制备液中Alb 含量超过 80 % ;处理模拟水样最佳投药量为 :0 5~ 5mgAl2 O3 /L。在制备过程中 ,极化现象得到了极好的控制 。The impact of SiO 2- 3 ion on the Al b concentration of polyaluminum silicate chloride (in short PASiC) produced by pulse auto-rearrangeable electrodes electrolysis was investigated in this paper .The optimum molar ratios of nAl T∶ nSiO 2- 3 were found form 10∶1 to 20∶1 on the conditions of certain pulse cycle and current density. Under above conditions the Al b content is over 80%. The simulated wastewater test shows that the optimum dosage is 0.5~5 mg Al 2O 3/L simulated wastewater .The most important result is the polarization is minimized obviously, the current density and cell's voltage is stable, which is the advantage that the catholic electrolysis process can't realize at all and it establishes the foundations for producing and precipitating the coagulants on-line.
