摘  要:介绍泡沫沥青的基本原理,基于考察温度、气压和加水量3个因素如何影响沥青发泡性能的目的,以Shell60 70号沥青为对象进行影响因素及水平的全组合发泡性能试验。在此基础上采用方差分析和多元均值比较技术分析因素及其水平对最大膨胀比和半衰期的影响,对因素的影响规律进行详尽的讨论,并建立最大膨胀比与影响因素的回归关系。试验结果与分析显示温度、气压和加水量对ERmax均有显著的影响,在3个因素中加水量对ERmax的影响最大。气压和加水量对半衰期有显著的影响,但温度的影响不显著。ERmax随着加水量的增加而增大。对加水量条件,半衰期在1%时最大,在3%或4%时到达最小,加水量进一步增加反而导致半衰期增大。1%和2%加水量条件下ERmax随温度的增加反而下降。对气压条件,5Bar或7Bar时能获得最大的半衰期;1Bar气压对半衰期不利。The basic principles of foamed bitumen are introduced in this paper.In order to investigate the effects of three factors:temperature,air pressure and water content,on the foamability of bitumen,foaming testing of Shell 60/70 bitumen under condition of the combination of different factors and their levels was carried out.Analysis of variance and multiple comparisons of means were used to analyze the evidence of effects for three factors and their levels on the maximum expansion ratio (ER\-(max)) and half-life.The effects of three factors on the bitumen foamability were discussed in detail.A regression relationship between ER\-(max) and factors was established.The analysis of testing result indicates that there are significant evidences for effects of temperature,air pressure and water content on (ER\-(max).)There are also significant evidences for effects of water content and air pressure on half-life,however no significant evidence for effect of temperature on half-life.ER\-(max) increases with increasing of water content.For water content,half life obtains the maximum at 1% and the minimum at 3% or 4%,it increases when water content is larger than 3% or 4%.At the condition of 1% or 2% water content,ER\-(max) decreases with increasing of temperature.For air pressure,half life obtains the maximum at the condition of 5 or 7 Bar.1Bar pressure negatively affects the half life.
