摘　　要：居民出行调查对于交通规划的意义重大,加之我国城市众多,急需提出一种科学的抽样率确定方法。本文运用概率论和数理统计学原理,利用现有的城市居民出行调查资料,通过误差分析推导抽样率模型,并通过非抽样误差分析对模型进行修正,为国内居民出行调查抽样率的选取确立理论基础,同时将其结果与国内外城市实际采用的抽样率作对比。Resident　trip　investigation　is　significant　for　transport　planning.And　there　are　so　many　cities　in　China,so　a　scientific　way　to　confirm　sampling　rate　is　needed.Applying　the　principle　of　Probability　Theory　and　Mathematical　Statistics　and　using　the　existing　trip　information,this　paper　established　a　sampling　rate　model　and　modified　it　through　error　analysis.It　radicated　the　theory　basis　of　sampling　rate　choosing　for　domestic　city　resident　trip　investigation　and　provided　a　credible　method.Comparison　between　the　result　and　actual　sampling　rate　in　some　cities　was　made.
