福建省高速公路车型收费系数确定方法研究

摘　　要：针对目前我国高速公路车型收费系数设置中存在的问题,以福建省高速公路为例,提出在全面权衡车辆产生的占用、破坏、获得的效益、费率变化趋势和收费弹性等因素的基础上,通过多方案比选推荐高速公路车型收费系数的方法,取得良好的应用效果。In　this　paper　the　author　discusses　the　pricing　policy　for　toll　expressway　in　Fujian　province　of　P.R.　China　and　sets　forth　a　toll　rate　determination　method　based　on　multiple　scheme　comparison,　taking　into　account　of　such　factors　as　vehicle　occupation　of　road　capacity,　damage　to　the　pavement,　benefits　got　from　use　of　the　expressway,　price　index　variation　and　price　elasticity.　The　method　has　been　used　for　the　expressway　pricing　in　Fujian　province　with　good　effects.
