摘  要:针对克拉玛依稠油性质 ,利用自行开发的KR 1脱钙剂 ,采用萃取脱钙工艺进行了高钙原油脱钙技术研究 ,对影响该技术脱钙效果的主要因素进行了详细考察 ,并根据实验室推荐的优化脱钙工艺条件 ,进行了工业化应用试验。工业应用结果表明 ,该萃取脱钙技术对克拉玛依稠油具有很好的脱金属效果 ,原油中钙平均脱除率为86.0 % ,最高达 90 .1% ,净化油平均钙质量分数降低至 3 1.4μg/g ,最低可达 2 2 .1μg/g ,脱镁、脱钒率均达到 66%~78% ,同时可使电脱盐装置电流降低 5 0 %以上。Aimed at the properties of Karamay viscous crude oil, de-calcifying technology for high calcium crude oil has been studied with self-developed de-calcification agent KR-1 and extraction process. Main factors affecting decalcifying effect have been explored and the commercial test has been carried out under the optimum process conditions recommended by Lab. The result shows that the technology has a good de-metal effect on Karamay viscous crude oil. Average de-calcification rate is 86.0%, and the highest de-calcification rate is 90.1%. Ca content in purified oil has been reduced to 31.4 μg/g, and the lowest is 22.1 μg/g. Average Mg and V removal rate has reached 66%-78%. In addition, electric current of desalting unit has been reduced by more than 50%.
