摘　　要：目的探讨pS2mRNA和蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达与主要临床指标的关系。方法应用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学的方法检测pS2mRNA和蛋白在40例乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达。结果pS2mRNA阳性表达率为58%,pS2蛋白阳性表达率为55%,两者的阳性表达率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。pS2的表达与组织学分级呈负相关(P<0.05),与年龄无关(P<0.05),在淋巴结有转移的pS2的阳性表达率显著低于无转移的(P<0.05)。结论pS2的表达对乳腺患者的内分泌治疗有一定的指导意义。Objective To study the expression of pS2 mRNA and protein in infiltrating breast carcinoma and the relationship with patient′s clinical indices. Methods pS2 mRNA was examined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and pS2 protein was examined by immunohistochemistry in 40 patients with infiltrating breast carcinoma. Results The positive expression rates of pS2 mRNA and protein were 58% and 55%, but no significant difference was found. pS2 protein correlated with pathological typing and metastasis to axillary lymph nodes (P<0.05). pS2 protein did not correlate with patient age(P>05). Conclusion pS2 gene appears to be a factor that can be used to instruct the endocrinotherapy of breast cancer.
