摘 要:本研究以二甲二硫醚(DMDS)和甲硫醇(CH_3SH)为代表对有机硫恶臭物质的采样浓缩、热解析和GC、GC/MS的色谱分离、定性鉴定和定量检测方法进行了综合实验技术研究。与此同时研制开发了恶臭污染监测的系列专用配套装置——采样管、微型采样泵、热解析色谱进样装置和标准气体物质发生装置。经筛选确认.国产GDXE105采样管可对DMDS和CH_3SH实现直接常温采样浓缩,样品回收率分别为100%和60%。GC/FPD对二种硫化物的检出下限分别为0.3和0.2ng。使用自制装置配制之标准气体的精度优于±3%。Complex techniques of sampling and determing main mal-ordors have been developed in this paper. Sampling on solid adsorbents followed by thermodesorption and GC/FPD and /or GC/MS was evaluated as a method for the quantitative analysis of CHaSH and (CHa )2S2 in air. Some apparatuses-Adsorbent Sampling Tube, Constant-flow sampling Pump, Thermodesorption Device and Gas Mixer for the preparation of calibration gas mixtures were developed and produced. The experimental results showed that the chinese-made GDX-105 was found suitable for adsorption and collection of CHaSH and (CHa )2S2 at the room temperature. The method affords recoveries between 60% and 100%. The limits of detection were 0. 3 and 0. 2 ng for CH3SH and (CH3)2S2. An accuracy of ±3% was obtained for the standard gases of CH3SH and (CH3)2S2 in the air or N2.
