摘 要:本文用试验研究、生产实践及现场调查的数据阐明了小秦岭地区含金矿石选矿工艺流程中存在的问题及解决问题的办法.拟定较为合理的工艺流程,对含金富铅多金属硫化矿类型矿石,提出了把单一浮选改为浮—重工艺流程,金总回收率可提高2%以上;采用氧压法处理含金铜硫混合精矿是提高企业经济效益的有效途径,对含金黄铁矿类型矿石提出了把混汞—浮选改为浮-重冶联合工艺流程,可消除汞污染,提高金总回收率和企业经济效益.对存放的老尾矿进行试验研究,提出了单一浮选或重—浮流程回收金.河南省小秦岭地区若采用合理工艺流程,予计每年可增加经济效益2000万元以上.Based on the data obtained from experiment, operation practice and on-the-spot investigation, this paper showed clearly the problems existed in the process flows of treating gold ores of Xiao-Qin-Ling District and proposed reasonable flowsheets in place of the old ones.For gold-bearing and lead-rich complex sulphide ores, the process flow should be changed from single flotation into flotalion/gravity concentration.In this way, the total gold recovery can be improved by more than 2%. To treat mixed concentrate of gold, cop-Per and sulphur by oxygen pressure method is an effective approach to the improvement of economic benefit.As for gold-beaing pyrite tyPe ores,the Process flow should be transformed from amalgamation/flotation into flotation/gravity concentration/smelting, so as to exclude mercury pollution and raise total gold recovery.As to the old tailing deposited, the process flow of single flotation or gravity concentration/flotation is suitable to recover gold.Predictably, a Profit about 20 million yuans can be made in Xiao-Qin-Ling District, due to reasonable Process flow emPloyed.
