摘　　要：针对目前我国野菜产品多以自然采集为主,掠夺式经营、开发现象严重,市场需求量大,野菜资源日趋枯竭等实际问题,阐述了人工栽培与繁殖野菜的意义、研发现状与进展,提出可持续开发利用野菜资源的途径。Most products of wild vegetables were collected from the natural vegetations,which was not a sustainable strategy.Although the wild vegetables have a vast market,its quantity has declined rapidly in recent years mostly due to poor conservation measures.Based on these problems,this paper discussed the significance,present scenario of artificial faming and reproduction in wild vegetables,and proposed some alternatives to the sustainable development of the wild vegetable resources.
