摘 要:目的 探讨气温对人体一氧化氮 (NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活力的影响。方法 从北京、哈尔滨、南京、广州、成都 5市武警系统中随机选取年龄为 18~ 2 3岁 ,5 0 %以上来自服役地所在省市 ,在服役地服役时间达 1a以上的健康男性武警战士 75 5人作为研究对象 ,采用试剂盒测定血浆中NO含量和NOS的活力。结果 哈尔滨、北京、南京、成都、广州地区武警战士血浆NO含量分别为 (6 2 31± 4 9 5 1) ,(76 6 3± 4 8 32 ) ,(76 71± 5 3 2 5 ) ,(79 35± 2 8 6 5 ) ,(81 37± 4 0 96 ) μmol/L ,NOS活力分别为 (36 96±2 81) ,(37 4 3± 3 5 3) ,(37 92± 3 0 4 ) ,(37 98± 3 6 3) ,(38 14± 1 85 )U/ml。随着居住地年平均气温的升高 ,NO含量和NOS活力有逐渐升高的趋势。对不同气温地区武警战士血浆NO含量及NOS活力进行比较 ,经F检验 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 气温对武警战士血浆NO、NOS的合成有影响 ,提示 ,可考虑将NO、NOS的水平作为评价来自不同气温地区武警战士在热环境下应激能力的指标。Objective To explore the effect of air temperature on nitric monoxide (NO) and nitric monoxide synthase (NOS) in armed policemen from different air temperature zones.Methods 755 healthy armed policemen,randomly chosen from different air temperature zones(Harbin,Beijing,Nanjing,Guangzhou and Chengdu),were divided into five groups according to air temperature and were matched with sex,age and service time.Contents of NO and activities of NOS in plasma were detected with corresponding reagent kits after the questionnaire.Results The contents of NO and activities of NOS in plasma of armed policemen from Harbin,Beijing,Nanjing,Chengdu and Guangzhou were(62.31±49.51), (76.63±48.32), (76.71±53.25), (79.35±28.65), (81.37±40.96) μmol/L and (36.96±2.81),(37.43±3.53),(37.92±3.04),(37.98±3.63), (38.14±1.85) U/ml respectively.They tended to increase as the air temperature did.There were significant differences among five groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Air temperature could result in increase of the content of NO and activity of NOS.The content of NO and activity of NOS might be considered as an index to evaluate heat tolerance of armed policemen fron different air temperature zones.
