摘 要:采用混凝-微滤膜分离组合工艺对含悬浮物矿井水进行处理,考察了微滤膜操作特性的变化对膜过滤性能的影响及该工艺对含悬浮物矿井水的处理效果.试验结果表明:微滤膜以过滤/反曝气交替运行方式,在运行周期T=30min时膜曝气可以大幅度地清除膜表面的泥饼层,减小膜污染,恢复膜通量,有效地维持膜过滤性能的稳定;该工艺对含悬浮物矿井水处理,系统出水水质稳定,所测项目达到国家生活饮用水水质标准(GB5749-85).The coagulation micro-filtration membrane separation (C-MFMS) combined process was adopted to treat mining-water with suspended matters, in which the influence of micro-filtration membrane operating condition to the permeability of membrane and the treatment effect of the C-MFMS combined process in treating the coal mining water were investigated. The experimental results showed that the membrane aeration could highly remove the cake layer deposited on the membrane surface, decrease the membrane fouling and maintain the stability of membrane permeability effectively at the operation cycle of T=30 min when the alternate operation mode of micro-filtration membrane acting as filtration/back-aeration is adopted. The system effluent quality is stable and the tested items of the effluent met the national drinking water criterion (GB5749-85) when the C-MFMS combined process dealt with the coal mining water.
