摘 要:分析了当今国内外电站煤粉锅炉的无油点火技术,提出了利用高温空气点燃煤粉气流的设想.通过大量的空气加热试验和煤粉气流着火试验,验证了高温空气煤粉点火技术的可行性,并取得了大量的试验数据,为高温空气点火燃烧器的开发和应用提供了依据.试验发现:大多数煤种普遍存在一个对应于最小着火温度的最佳煤粉浓度;一次风粉速度的提高对着火不利;高温空气速度的提高对着火有利.Analysed the various methods of oil-free ignition that are used in pulverized coal fired boilers nowadays in the world, and for the first time it brings out the idea that the pulverized coal air flow might be ignited by high-temperature air. Through a great lot of air heating experiments and pulverized coal ignition experiments, the feasibility of pulverized coal ignition by high-temperature air has was proved, and many useful data were acquired. These data can be used for the design and application of the new high-temperature air ignition burner. In addition, it finds out that for most kind of coals there is a optimal concentration corresponding to minimum ignition temperature, and increasing the primary air velocity is bad for the ignition process, and increasing the hot air velocity is benefit for the ignition.
