摘 要:通过恒压过滤实验研究了净水厂排泥水过滤的难易程度,研究了不同浓缩时间的排泥水对比阻、压缩系数及沉降速率的影响,结果表明净水厂的排泥水颗粒难于沉降,但属易于过滤的,过滤处理前可以不添加助滤剂,得到的滤饼属于高压缩性物料,且净水厂排泥水的比阻、沉降速率与排泥水的沉淀浓缩时间有密切关系,长时间的沉淀浓缩排泥水沉降速度明显降低,但比阻降幅较大,有助于后续机械脱水处理。The filtering probability of sludge water from the water treatment plant has been studied through constant pressure filtering experiments. Meanwhile, effects of the retention time on the relative resistance, compressible coefficient and settlement rate have also studied. It reveals that the sludge water is difficult to deposit, but it can be filtered without any coagulant. Compression index of the filtering cake is high. The sludge water age is closely related to the relative resistance and settlement rate. The settlement rate decreased to a great extent with the increase of the sludge water age. Because of reduction of the relative resistance with increasing sludge water age, a long sludge water age is in favour of mechanic dewatering.
