海南地区汉族人群HLA及其单倍型频率分析

摘　　要：目的　了解海南地区汉族人群HLA抗原及单倍型的频率。　方法　采用微量淋巴细胞毒试验 ,对海南地区 2 0 9例非血缘关系的汉族正常人进行HLA -A、B抗原分型。　结果　在 2 0 9例中检出前 9位HLA -A、HLA -B高频率抗原为A11,A2 ,A2 4、A3 3 ;B40 ,B46,B57,B13 ,B62 。通过家系抗原遗传分析获得 418条海南地区HLA -A/B单倍型 ,查出 6条海南地区高频率出现的单倍型为A3 3 /B57、A2 /B46、A11/B60 、A11/B13 、A2 4/B60 、A11/B62 。　结论　海南地区汉族人群的HLA -A、B抗原频率与广东地区相同 ,而单倍型频率有所不同。不同种族、不同地区的人群有着不同单倍型频率分布。Objective To study the HLA and its haplotype gene frequency in population of Hainan Province.Methods HLA-a and B typing by means of microlymphocytotoxicity test on 209 normal persons without kinship in Hainan Province was performed. Results Nine high haplotype gene frequency (HGF) antigens of HLA-A and B from 209 persons, i.e. A 11, A 2, A 24, A 33, B 40, B 46, B 57, B 13, and B62, were identified by analysis of antigen genalogy. Out of the 418 HLA-A and B haplotypes discovered in Hainan Province 6 show the highest frequency, they are A 33/B 57, A 2/B 46, A 11/B 60, A 11/B 13, A 24/B 60, A 11/B 62 Conclusion The HLA-A and B gene frequency in Hainan Province is the same as Guangdong Province but its HGF is different. Thus the distribution of HGF is different in population of different regions.
