摘　　要：分析了永川洗选厂原跳汰机风阀系统存在的问题 ,提出了技术改造措施 ,使用天地科技股份有限公司唐山分公司最新研制成功的 SKT2 0 0 2 - 1 0型风阀系统和新型无背压盖板阀 ,提高了选煤数量效率 ,取得了良好的效果。The paper gives an analysis on some problems found in valve system fit on original jigging machine and some measures taken to deal with them, that is, in the jig, application of SKT2002-10 Valve System and novel valve with non-backpressure cover plate developed by Tangshan Branch, Tiandi Science & Technology Co. Ltd. Through this improvement, favorable results have been obtained with organic efficiency being well improved.
