摘　　要：硬脊膜外阻滞无痛分娩是目前应用最广泛的无痛分娩方法之一 ,被公认为代表了今后无痛分娩的发展方向。但对于它是否会对分娩带来负面影响这一问题上 ,长期以来一直存在不同看法。Labor epidural anesthesia (LEA) is a widely used technique for pain relief during labor in recent years and is regarded as the development trend of painless labor. However, whether LEA may cause a variety of adverse effects on labor is controversial till now. We summarized progress in relating researches abroad on LEA.
